Waiheke Island boasts 92 square kilometres of pristine beaches, stunning coastal headlands, vineyards, olive groves and seaside villages – and is approximately a 40-minute cruise from Downtown Auckland. One of New Zealand's most popular destinations, Waiheke Island was recently rated one of the top island escapes in the world.
You will board your Fullers360 ferry at the downtown ferry terminal for the 40 minute crossing to Waiheke. The vessel is comfortable with fully licensed on board café, large viewing areas to take advantage of the spectacular views of Waitemata Harbour.
On arrival at Matiatia, the main wharf on Waiheke you will be met by your private coach for the transfer to Casita Miro – renowned for its ambiance, fine food and wines. You will experience a wine tasting there and then enjoy their Fiesta lunch. You will meet your coach after a short walk down the drive and continue on to Onetangi Beach before heading back to Matiaita for your ferry to Auckland.
